Returns
Customers may return products within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at actuarialsa.malaysia@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

Certain items, including perishable goods, digital products, and custom-made items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
