MASA FLAGSHIP EVENTS

Each year, the Malaysian Actuarial Student Association (MASA) proudly hosts two flagship events — MASA Actuarialogy and MASA Hackathon — that bring together actuarial students, graduates, and industry professionals in meaningful collaboration.

MASA Actuarialogy is a half-day career fair designed to connect students and recent graduates with leading actuarial firms. It offers opportunities to network, explore internships and career prospects, and gain valuable insights from panel discussions and expert presentations on current industry trends.

 

Meanwhile, MASA Hackathon challenges students to apply their actuarial and analytical skills to real-world problems. Through technical workshops, mentoring sessions, and a final pitching round before industry judges, participants experience a dynamic blend of learning, teamwork, and innovation.

 

Together, these flagship events embody MASA’s mission to bridge the gap between academia and the actuarial profession, empowering aspiring actuaries to grow, connect, and thrive in the industry.
